I think this comment needs more commentaries on the impact of a new palace in Paris, owned by a chinese company. I have worked in the Shangri La Dalian and I think this group is extending so quickly and now it is settling in Paris near the best palaces in this city.

The fact that this hotel will be runned by Didier le Calvez means this hotel is a promising project.

This system is a real revolutionnary marketing process. Actually, when a guest first comes to a hotel, there is a certain time for the staff to evaluate this guest's needs. They build up an inventory thanks to the guests multiple venues, but thanks to this system the guest would be known as soon as he is booking his room. There are more chances to attract his loyalty.

I think this system is very good and it should have been settled a long time ago.
